Is booking online safe?

Yes! All online bookings are done over our secure server. Secure servers make it virtually impossible for unauthorized 3rd parties to access your personal information. Additionally, refer to Tourmasters Travel’s Privacy Policy, which outlines our commitments to ensure that your information is private and is used for the intent you gave us, to book on-line.

Do I have to book online?

It is entirely your own preference. You can also visit our office, call one our Travel Consultant at 1 (877) 270 3327, or complete the online flight request form or email us customercare@tourmasterstravel.com with your travel requests.

What if I have a question regarding the booking that I am thinking about,

should I book it, then call you to confirm the other details?

NO - we recommend that you wait, don’t book online because the purchase will become non-refundable. We want to make sure you fully understand all what you are booking, so contact us by phone to speak with one of our Travel Consultants who will respond to your particular question or concern.

Why do you have different websites integrated into your pages?

For our more web-savvy customers, we want to help you save time and money by being able to book as many products as possible online. But even more important to us is the ability to offer all of our customers the widest selection of products to research. You can be assured that we only partner with reputable companies who offer an online booking or searching capacity that meets our exacting standards.

Are all your prices in Canadian Dollars?

As many products as we can are listed in Canadian dollars when possible. You will notice that in some cases our online partners only offer their products in US dollars. When this is the case, we make every effort to alert you to this to avoid confusion.

How will the tickets be delivered?

After completing the purchase, we recommend that you print your confirmation screen, as this will act as your receipt. One of our Travel Consultant will contact you the next business day to confirm the details with you. In most cases for flights, it is simply the flight booking number and receipt as confirmation of your purchase. Other options for delivery includes Pick-up from our office or at an additional cost Express Post in Canada or Over-night courier elsewhere if necessary.

Can I cancel my booking?

All online bookings, once purchased by the customer, are 100% non-refundable. Please be sure of your travel dates and make sure that you have proper documentation before booking. Can I purchase travel insurance online?

Yes. We highly recommend travel insurance and you can also call us and we will gladly assist you in deciding which insurance plan is right for you. Travel insurance protects your travel investments and protect you against unforeseen medical emergencies or when other factors cause your trip to be interrupted. Can I shop from anywhere in Canada?

Tourmasters Travel serves clients from across Canada, and is set up to process travel arrangements via the Internet and over the phone. Most tickets can be sent via email, and any paper documentation can be either picked up at our office or at an additional cost couriered to your location.

I live in the United States and wish to purchase flights, cruises or

packages in USD funds rather than CAD funds, can I do that online?

We have many US residents who purchase online, however, to your question in particular, No. With all on-line offerings, unless otherwise noted are priced in CAD funds and will processed in CAD funds. If you would like to purchase in USD at the current exchange rate in effect that day - do not book on-line, call one of our Travel Consultants who will assist you with that purchase.
